Consistently, research points out that the impact leaders have, for better or worse, on each of their team members' emotional wellbeing and professional performance is significantly larger that that of any other colleague. In organisation culture studies it is proven that up to 80% of culture is driven by leaders' personal styles. Therefore, the stakes for growing conscious, wise, emotionally intelligent leaders are high.
This is true both for profit and non-profit organisations, for companies large and small, for social enterprises as well as for commercially oriented ones. When we created the Transformational Leadership Program, we made it our mission to enable entrepreneurs from all kinds of organisations to enter a process of learning and deep personal introspection.
By offering one fellowship position within each program, we are committed to empowering exceptional leaders from high-impact non-profit or social enterprises who may not have the financial means to fund this journey, but would nevertheless benefit from it and be able to make a deeply positive impact in their organisations and the world around them.
